International Customers, we use Carriers, DHL and shipping rates are automatically calculated at check out.

Yes, we provide you tracking information once we ship your purchase. We also "Require Signature Verification" upon Delivery and we place shipping insurance on all our products when shipping too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unused, Damage Free; being in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the Original Undamaged Packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or after three (3) days after delivery does not qualify for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM(S) AND SERVICE(S):
Several types of goods are EXEMPT from being returned. ANY and ALL EARRINGS that include but not limited to, Pierced Earrings, Ear Cuffs, Ear Crawlers, Ear Posts, Hoops, Huggies, Belly Button Rings, Toe Rings, and Tongue Rings cannot be Returned because of Sanitary Standards. These particular jewelry items are incredible personal and are touching intimate parts of your body and collects bacteria. It is for this logical and health reason why we do not accept returns on these items.
